Many patients that have pain in their joints, especially their spine and extremities, can be helped with chiropractic care as part of their treatment plan and as part of their healthcare.  If you have joint or spinal pain, most likely you have a joint that is not moving the way it should causing the muscles to spasm around it.

Simply put, a chiropractor will find what joints are restricted or not moving correctly and then use a manual maneuver to create motion back into that joint.  Once the joint is moving, most patients will have less pain and muscle spasms and more movement.  The chiropractic maneuvers will break the joint-muscle spasm cycle and will give the body an opportunity to heal.
